Job description

Summary:

We are seeking a skilled PowerApps Developer to design, build, and maintain custom business applications that streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency. The role involves leveraging Microsoft Power Platform tools to create intuitive solutions, integrate data sources, and automate processes across diverse business functions. This position is critical for driving digital transformation, improving user productivity, and enabling data-driven decision-making through tailored applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop custom PowerApps solutions to address specific business requirements
  • Integrate PowerApps with Microsoft 365 services (SharePoint, Teams), Dynamics 365, and external APIs/data sources
  • Create and optimize Power Automate workflows to automate repetitive tasks and business processes
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, prototype solutions, and deliver user-friendly interfaces
  • Implement security protocols, role-based access controls, and data loss prevention policies for PowerApps environments
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application performance issues, ensuring scalability and reliability
  • Maintain technical documentation, including solution architecture, user guides, and version control
  • Stay updated on Power Platform updates, AI Builder capabilities, and industry best practices

Requirements
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Computer Engineering
  • 3+ years of experience developing solutions with Microsoft PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI
  • Microsoft PL-900 (Power Platform Fundamentals) or PL-100 (Power Apps App Maker) certification preferred
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications and scalable solutions
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail for debugging complex workflows
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaboration tools
  • Strong communication skills for cross-functional teamwork and stakeholder management

  • Set-up and Location: Work from Home
  • Work Schedule: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (AEST) | 7:00 AM-4:00 PM (PH Time)
  • Employment Type: Full-time
