About the Role We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Web Developer to support ongoing enhancements to our website and CMS, primarily within Webflow. This role will collaborate closely with the CTO, Marketing, and content teams to design, test, and deploy high-quality page and component updates that drive user engagement and improve conversion rates.

In addition to owning the development cycles for our primary website, this role will work closely with our product engineering team to help execute on user-facing tools, calculators, and other projects that will help drive patient acquisition and retention. There will be additional opportunities to partner with some of our senior product engineers to grow your development competencies by contributing to in-house product development using React, PostgreSQL, TypeScript, and other language.

Key Responsibilities:

· Partner with the CTO and Marketing team to execute design and component updates for customer-facing website properties.

· Collaborate with content creators to publish page updates, ensuring changes do not impact layout integrity or introduce visual or functional defects.

· Maintain and update provider profile pages in the CMS to ensure content accuracy and consistency.

· Standardize and refine existing page components while building new components based on design specifications or business needs in a reusable, repeatable fashion.

· Conduct manual visual and functional QA testing for all page changes prior to deployment in the production environment.

· Work iteratively with the product engineering team to enhance provider profile pages based on usability feedback and evolving requirements.

· Design and implement interactive components that align with the company's brand and improve the user experience, ultimately driving to new user acquisition or retention.

· Partner with our customer experience team to support website changes that aim to increase conversion rates as part of ongoing CRO (conversion rate optimization) testing initiatives.

· Collaborate with Marketing to build and publish lead pages utilizing embedded Hubspot forms and other lead generation sources.

Qualifications:

· 2+ years of experience developing and managing websites using Webflow.

· Strong understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and modern web standards.

· Experience working with CMS platforms and collaborating with non-technical content creators.

· Familiarity with QA testing processes for websites, including visual and functional testing.

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and marketing teams.

· Experience with Hubspot form integrations is a plus.

· Bonus: Background in CRO or experience supporting A/B testing workflows.
