Responsibilities 

  • Ingest and analyze data for Huron healthcare products and client engagements 

  • Partner with consulting and client counterparts to gain insight into specific workflow and reporting needs 

  • Perform data mapping, standardization, validation, and quality assurance to maintain the highest standards of data integrity 

  • Query data to answer internal or client questions accurately and efficiently 

  • Collaborate with functional and technical resources to implement and support new technologies and processes to enhance our client’s workflow, reporting, and analytics effectiveness 

Qualifications 

  • Passion for technology, with a genuine curiosity to learn and apply new concepts 

  • Strong analytical and technical skills; programming language experience is preferred, but not required 

  • Previous experience with SQL, PostgreSQL or relational databases 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills   

  • Demonstrated analytical skills, particularly with large, comprehensive data sets 

Requirements 

  • A Bachelor's degree (BS, BA) is required. Preferred areas of study include Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, other technical disciplines, or equivalent experience 

  • Strong performance in your degree with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0  

  • Ability to work independently and flexible hours to support high-priority on-call support and scheduled maintenance 

  • Must be authorized to permanently work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future  

The estimated base salary for this job is $70,000 - 80,000 USD. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $75,600 - 89,600 USD. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
