JOB DESCRIPTION:

Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a National Account Manager (Western Region) on our Rental Partnerships sales team and continue to build on their $225 million annual contribution to our customer portfolio. 

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Implement an effective lead development plan for national & regional fleet accounts.

  • Use the Driven Fleet “value prop” to win current/existing customer business and roll out programs effectively.

  • Develop and execute on annual sales plan in coordination with team leadership.

  • Coordinate account activity with Operations counterparts.

  • Execute national contracted relationships regionally.

  • Work closely with our franchisee partner locations for all our Brands.

  • Travel 40%

Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Documented sales/leadership skills.

  • Bachelor’s Degree.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; ability to interact in various social situations.

  • Proactive thinker who can turn ideas into results.

  • Ability to simplify tasks in order to achieve growth-oriented results.

  • Strong organizational & leadership skills

  • Auto industry experience on the operations/sales/fleet/rental car side preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation:  Base salary (based on historical performance) + aggressive variable compensation

$52,300.00 - $93,400.00

Compensation Frequency:

Annual

Base pay offered may vary depending on actual location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Supplemental pay types may include commissions or bonus incentives, depending on the role.
