Looking for Filipino (Philippines-based) candidates

Job Role: Admin / Rostering Personnel (Admin and Schedule Coordinator)

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday

Salary range: Up to 1,500 AUD/month

Setup: Full-time, permanent remote job, Independent Contractor Agreement

Role Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organised Admin / Rostering Personnel to support a growing team in the disability and home care sector. The ideal candidate will have experience in rostering using ShiftCare, a background in mortgage-related admin tasks, and a strong understanding of NDIS processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage staff schedules and client rosters using ShiftCare
  • Provide general administrative support, including data entry, file management, and client documentation
  • Liaise with staff and clients to coordinate shifts and resolve rostering conflicts
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and client care standards
  • Support mortgage-related administrative tasks as needed
  • Maintain up-to-date records of staff police checks and clearances

Requirements

  • Proven experience in administrative and rostering/workforce roles
  • Familiarity with ShiftCare or similar scheduling platforms
  • Mortgage experience is essential
  • Understanding of NDIS and its documentation requirements is highly preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Must have a valid and up-to-date police check/clearance
