Key Responsibilities of a Senior Frontend Developer

Develop and maintain high-quality web applications from concept to deployment, ensuring responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
Translate UI/UX wireframes into visual elements, building efficient, reusable, and reliable code.
Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product managers to improve usability and implement new features.
Optimise applications for maximum speed and scalability through best coding practices.
Monitor web applications for performance issues, troubleshooting and solving problems as necessary.
Stay informed about emerging front-end technologies and integrate them into existing projects as appropriate.
Lead code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers, promoting a culture of quality and efficiency.

Required Skills and Expertise

Extensive experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
Proficiency in front-end build tools and code versioning tools such as webpack, npm, Git.
Solid understanding of responsive design principles and UI/UX best practices.
Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX.
