Job description

Senior Business Intelligence Engineer

Fractl is partnering with a fast-growing, mission-driven company thats transforming health and human services with cutting-edge analytics tools.

They're looking for a Senior BI Engineer to design and deliver data products that turn complex healthcare data into clean, intuitive, and actionable insights.

In this role, you'll bridge technical implementation and user experience developing everything from data models and pipelines to dashboards that tell the full story. You'll collaborate across teams, own analysis workflows end-to-end, and help shape the future of data access within the public sector.

Location: 100% Remote in the USA
Salary: $100k - $135k
Tech Stack: SQL, dbt, Looker, Python, and Git
Visa Status: US Citizen or Green Card Holder

  • Optimize SQL workflows for performance and scalability.
  • Conduct advanced analysis, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data integrity across platforms.
  • Recommend product improvements based on insights from existing data.
