We are currently looking for a Business Process Analyst, to join our team.

Location: Remote (Portugal/Spain).

Required skills:

Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or similar;
Min. 5 years of experience as a Business Process Analyst;
Experience collecting and analysing data and metrics;
Experience optimizing/measuring data and its impacts;
Experience designing, mapping, analysing and improving processes/workflows;
Experience in process areas (CRM, order-to-cash, customer service, etc.);
Experience gathering requirements (interviews, surveys, etc.);
Experience in stakeholder management;
Experience documenting processes (states, changes, outcomes, etc);
Experience in data/automation tools;
Experience managing activities, setting priorities and meet deadlines;
Responsible and proactive;
Excellent communication skills;
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team;
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
