Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • The HRIS Coordinator is responsible for administering and resolving support tickets in ASM Global’s HR Help Center within the Workday tenant and in support of HR Business Partner end users.
  • This role requires strong technical aptitude, and conscientious follow through to ensure tickets are closed timely and accurately.
  • Attention to detail, and exceptional ability to communicate frequently and effectively with HR Business Partners and leaders on the Corporate HR team is critical to the success of this role.

Education and Experience

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a four-year college is preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in an HRIS role required.
  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience with Workday/ADP systems highly preferred.
  • Working knowledge of common HR and Payroll policies and procedures required.

Skills and Abilities

  • Working knowledge of HRIS systems, prior Workday/ADP product experience highly preferred.
  • Organizational and project management skills/certifications are a plus, but not required.
  • Must have strong attention to detail and analytical ability.
  • Prior HRIS experience is preferred inclusive of HR applications experience, familiarity with Microsoft applications, general PC hardware and software skills including relational database experience is a plus.
  • Functional support for HR Business Partner end-users will include but is not limited to:
  • Troubleshooting Issues: Identify, diagnose, and troubleshoot HRIS-related issues, providing solutions or proper escalation to the appropriate subject matter expert as needed.
  • User Training and Support: Provide ad-hoc guidance and support to end users, ensuring they understand system functionalities and processes.
  • System Maintenance: Assist the larger HRIS team with regular system maintenance, updates, and project testing to ensure optimal tenant performance.
  • Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HRIS data by participating in regular audits and data validation checks.
