About the Team/Role
We are seeking a Junior Platform Engineer to join the Fabric team. You’ll support the development and operation of our internal platform, helping integrate enterprise services (like GitHub, Artifactory, Kubernetes, Vault, ArgoCD) and enabling automation and infrastructure-as-code standards using tools like Terraform. This is an opportunity to grow your skills in DevOps, cloud platforms (AWS & Azure), and compliance-aware systems in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment.

How you'll make an impact
Assist in building and maintaining infrastructure-as-code using Terraform
Support provisioning and configuration of cloud infrastructure in AWS and Azure
Help integrate and troubleshoot enterprise tools such as GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Vault, and Kubernetes
Participate in the migration of secrets to cloud-native solutions like AWS Secrets Manager and Azure Key Vault
Support the automation of platform guardrails (e.g., DNS, TLS, WAF onboarding)
Collaborate with senior engineers to improve Fabric’s adoption through documentation and self-service capabilities
Participate in code reviews, testing, and monitoring to ensure reliability and performance
Learn and apply security and compliance best practices (PCI, SOC, SOX, HIPAA)
Work with internal product teams to resolve platform-related issues and contribute to support processes.
Experience you'll bring
Experience in software development or infrastructure engineering
Familiarity with one or more programming/scripting languages (e.g., Python, Go, Shell)
Basic understanding of CI/CD workflows and Git-based source control
Interest in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and infrastructure tools like Terraform or Kubernetes
Eagerness to learn and a collaborative, team-first mindset
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Exposure to container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
Familiarity with secrets management concepts or tools like HashiCorp Vault
Interest or coursework in security, compliance, or cloud-native architectures
Experience with GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, or similar automation tools.
