We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team based Remote.

Responsibilities:

As a Technical Recruiter, your daily workflow might include:

  • Partner with multiple internal stakeholders to understand their hiring priorities and drive recruiting efforts
  • Own full-cycle recruiting for Technical positions, driving hiring strategy and world-class candidate experience
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to assessing Technical skills, offer negotiations in collaboration with hiring managers 
  • Consistently generate a pipeline of high-quality candidates by driving initiatives across various sourcing channels  
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams like People Ops, Onboarding, Finance to deliver a holistic and high-quality candidate experience

Requirements

 Our target profile is candidates with... 

  • 3-5+ years of Technical recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment including in-house experience 
  • Familiarity with various technical roles (eg. Software engineers, Data Scientists, ML Operations) and an understanding of basic technical concepts 
  • A passion for building teams and delivering excellent candidate experience  
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment platforms, and social media channels 
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
