We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team based Remote.

Responsibilities:

As a Technical Recruiter, your daily workflow might include:

Partner with multiple internal stakeholders to understand their hiring priorities and drive recruiting efforts
Own full-cycle recruiting for Technical positions, driving hiring strategy and world-class candidate experience
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to assessing Technical skills, offer negotiations in collaboration with hiring managers
Consistently generate a pipeline of high-quality candidates by driving initiatives across various sourcing channels
Work closely with cross-functional teams like People Ops, Onboarding, Finance to deliver a holistic and high-quality candidate experience

Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment platforms, and social media channels
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
