Our Client, Harpar Grace International, is an entrepreneurial and dynamic company based in Andover, Hampshire - specialising in the development, distribution and management of luxury, skin health and wellness solutions for the clinical, spa and retail sectors.

They are the global brand owner of Déesse PRO, one of the most coveted and luxury positioned LED light therapy and wellness tech brands in the world. An A-list and aspirational consumer go to brand of choice, Deesse PRO is used by clinical, holistic and aesthetic practitioners globally to optimise treatment outcomes and enhance wellness experiences.

To support them on their exciting journey, they are currently looking for a passionate and tenacious Global Brand Communications Manager - responsible for developing and executing high-impact communication strategies and activations that will reinforce the brand’s luxurious portfolio,, technological innovation, and results driven experiences and outcomes. Core to this positioning will be a focus on creating and crafting a cohesive and compelling brand narrative across all touchpoints - ensuring the brand resonates with both consumer and trade audiences.

This high-energy role will see you directing and leading the Déesse PRO LED Light Therapy brand campaigns and communications across all channels, underpinned by robust analysis and engagement insight both online and offline to ensure strong profile and awareness build, driving customer engagement, acquisition and loyalty.

Global Brand Communications Manager, perfect applicant:

• In depth understanding of brand communications, public relations, or marketing (preferably in luxury, beauty, high end skincare industry)
• Proven track record of managing luxury brand communications across various platforms
• Strong understanding of luxury marketing and consumer behaviour and personas
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills
• Highly creative with keen eye for design and attention to detail in visual work
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of luxury brand aesthetics and messaging
• Results-driven and capable of measuring campaigns’ effectiveness
• Responsive and adaptive to changing workloads, timelines and required outputs
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
