Minimum 2.5 years of proven experience in social media marketing or a similar role.
Advanced knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook and Meta Business Suite.
Proficiency in Canva for content creation and design.
Familiarity with email marketing platforms, CRMs, website management platforms like Wix and email marketing tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating impactful content and collaborating effectively.
Strong ability to manage multiple projects, events, and deadlines efficiently.
Ability to interpret social media performance data and optimize strategies based on insights.
Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Core responsibilities:
Content Creation and Management:
Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, ensuring alignment with the brand's identity and messaging.
Edit photos and videos to produce high-quality, visually appealing posts.
Maintain a consistent posting schedule based on the social media strategy.
Community Building and Engagement:
Set up and manage social media accounts with a focus on building a community rather than directly advertising services.
Share content that informs, empowers, and engages the audience, fostering an active and supportive online community.
Review and align content plans with overarching social media and business strategies.
Strategy Development and Execution:
Collaborate to develop and implement effective social media marketing strategies to boost engagement and reach.
Execute targeted ad campaigns via Meta Business Suite to drive event attendance and engagement.
Analytics and Reporting:
Monitor social media performance metrics, including engagement rates, follower growth, and campaign effectiveness.
Analyze data to assess performance, refine strategies, and provide actionable insights.
Track and report on KPIs related to engagement, growth, and lead generation.
Collaboration and Optimization:
Work closely with team members and stakeholders to align social media efforts with overall business objectives.
Submit regular reports on outreach efforts, highlighting areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
