2.5+ years proven experience in marketing with a track record of working on successful campaigns. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and convey ideas effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, or HubSpot. Basic understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing strategies, with a willingness to learn and adapt. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. A collaborative team player with a positive attitude, adaptability, and strong interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently, take initiative, problem-solve creatively, and adhere to deadlines and guidelines.

Core responsibilities:

Support the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, and offline initiatives. Coordinate campaign logistics, ensuring timely scheduling, content creation, asset management, and distribution. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for improvement. Assist in content creation, including writing blog posts, social media updates, emails, newsletters, and promotional materials. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and opportunities. Manage digital marketing efforts, such as website updates, social media engagement, email campaigns, and SEO optimization. Provide administrative support, including scheduling, event coordination, budget tracking, and file organization.
