  • 2.5+ years of proven experience in digital marketing with a strong record of successful, measurable campaigns. 
  • In-depth knowledge of digital channels and techniques, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and analytics. 
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and email software. 
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to craft compelling online content. 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, track performance, and make data-driven decisions. 
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and creative problem-solving abilities, with a commitment to continuous learning in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Basic graphic design skills to support marketing efforts.

Core responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to boost online traffic, engagement, and conversions. Manage and optimize various digital channelsincluding SEO, SEM, email, social media, and content marketingfor maximum impact. 
  • Create, curate, and optimize high-quality content for websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns. 
  • Conduct keyword research and SEO analysis to enhance organic search visibility and improve website rankings. 
  • Plan, execute, and monitor online advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. 
  • Analyze performance metrics (e.g., website traffic, conversion rates, ROI) and generate regular reports with actionable insights. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to align digital initiatives with overall business objectives while fostering innovation.
