Key responsabilities:

  • Provide 24x7 on-call support for critical TIERS systems and perform server administration tasks.
  • Administer user/domain security and manage ITIL ticketing processes.
  • Coordinate server maintenance activities with contractors and ensure compliance with security policies.
  • Support Windows and Linux systems on AWS cloud service providers and perform hardware upgrades as needed.

Job description

Job Location:  Available to work Remote, Austin, TX.

 

Note: Candidates must be local to the Austin area. Out-of-state candidates will not be considered

 

Job Description:


System admin. Duties may include server administration tasks, domain/DNS tasks, Administrating user/domain security, and ITIL - ticketing. The system analyst will provide support for critical TIERS systems, 24x7 on-call rotation is required. Some weekend work is required. Support may require on-premises work at times
