Activities
- Engage with client subject matter experts to gather requirements.
- Convert requirements to functional design artifacts including user stories, business processes, and user interface design.
- Assist the development team with estimating.
- Define the product backlog with prioritized user stories.
- Support ongoing scope definition (backlog refinement) and requirements clarification.
- Support internal testing of applications before every showcase.
- Support client acceptance issue resolution vs. agreed scope
Other general duties include:
- Provide coaching and support to junior staff members
- Support pre-sales activities involving estimating and project definition.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
- Experience in accounting or digital transformation
