Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • Full-time 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday-Friday with one hour lunch break (unpaid)

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to serve as Executive Assistant supporting both a dynamic CMO and the broader marketing team in a rapidly evolving hospitality group. The role combines traditional executive support with creative opportunities, offering exposure to high-level strategic initiatives while contributing to the company’s digital presence. As the organization transitions to a more decentralized structure, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining efficient operations while supporting new marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive calendar management and scheduling support for C-suite executive
  • Coordinate and organize meetings, travel arrangements, and administrative tasks
  • Create engaging social media content for executive communications
  • Develop and maintain detailed reports using Google Sheets
  • Design professional presentations using Google Slides and Canva
  • Support marketing team operations and administrative needs
  • Manage documentation and tracking of deliverables
  • Facilitate communication between executive, team members, and external stakeholders

Requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-suite executives
  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace, particularly Sheets and Slides
  • Experience with presentation tools like Canva
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Background in marketing or creative agency environment preferred
