Job Summary:
Join a mission driven client facing Health Strategy Team at a global fintech insurance agency that is transforming how organizations deliver employee benefits and wellbeing on a global scale. As the Wellbeing Program & Engagement Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the health and wellbeing of diverse workforces by designing, implementing, and optimizing impactful well-being initiatives.
The Health Strategy Team leads from a clinical lens, ensuring that every program is rooted in evidence-based practices and aligned with broader population health goals. Our approach is both intentional and whole person focused, addressing physical, mental, emotional, financial, and social wellbeing to support sustainable health and performance outcomes. We are also committed to addressing social determinants of health, ensuring that our programs consider the broader social, economic, and environmental factors that impact employees' health and wellbeing.

In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross functional teams to drive employee engagement and align initiatives with global benefits strategies.
Responsibilities:
Design and manage global and regional wellbeing programs that integrate with clients' health benefits, insurance plans, and digital health ecosystems
Partner with internal consultants and external stakeholders (e.g., carriers, wellness vendors, digital platforms) to launch and sustain high impact initiatives
Deliver clear and compelling presentations to internal and external stakeholders to communicate strategy, program performance, and health outcomes
Monitor program performance, track utilization, and report on key engagement and health metrics to demonstrate value and inform continuous improvement
Contribute to the development of scalable wellbeing offerings and standardized toolkits for clients across various industries and geographies
Stay current on global wellness trends, vendor innovation, and regulatory considerations (e.g., EEOC, ACA, GINA, GDPR) to ensure program relevance and compliance
Apply knowledge of social determinants of health to design and implement programs that promote equitable health outcomes across diverse employee populations
Work closely with clients to understand their unique needs, providing tailored solutions and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction
Requirements:
Proven project coordination and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities across national time zones
Data driven mindset with experience evaluating engagement metrics and program outcomes
Excellent communication and presentation skills and ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels
Deep understanding of and commitment to an intentional, whole person approach to wellbeing, with the ability to design inclusive programs that reflect that philosophy
Knowledge of social determinants of health and their impact on employee wellbeing, with experience developing initiatives that address these factors
Education/Experience:
3+ years of experience in employee wellbeing, benefits consulting, HR, or a related field; experience within a brokerage, insurance, or fintech environment is preferred
Familiarity with health insurance products, wellness vendors, and digital health tools across international markets
A clinical background (e.g., nursing, public health, behavioral health) is a plus but not required
A life and health insurance license is required but may be obtained after hire
