What You´ll Do

  • Managing and overseeing the activities and relationship of select Regional Distribution partners who are selling Henkel Bonderite Technologies.
  • Develop Distribution strategy and support key market programs across AMI Metals SBU.
  • Responsible for operational and daily needs for the distributor portfolio, including growth campaigns, content syndication, and digital analytics.
  • As a member of the Distribution team, you will participate in the development of channel strategies, policies, and programs that support the increase in sales and profitability at the Distribution Level.
  • Develop relationships with all levels of the designated OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing) account infrastructure.
  • Ensures harmony by successfully collaborating across several different functions within the business including Sales Management, Marketing, Pricing Team, and Customer Service.
  • Gain specific knowledge of all aspects of the customer's business (e.g. business objectives, strategies, product development plan, applications, service expectations).
  • Maximize volume and revenue by utilizing value added selling methods.
  • Prospect for new business and drive robust pipeline growth.

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in a technical or business field.
  • Omnichannel understanding.
  • A Strong understanding of managing sales projects from start to close.
  • 5+ years industrial sales experience required; surface treatment industry is preferred.
  • Distribution and Territory management knowledge.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prepare and deliver presentations in front of customer groups.
  • This is a remote position. Prefer a candidate that is in distance of a major airport
  • Travel requirements will be 50% of the time, to include overnight trips.

The salary for this role is $105,200.00 - $153,200.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
