Job description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Performance Marketing Manager to lead our mobile gaming growth marketing and user acquisition efforts. This is a high-impact role where you will be responsible for managing user acquisition, optimizing campaigns, and driving growth across all major mobile ad networks. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of mobile gaming growth marketing, data-driven decision-making, creative testing strategies, and the ability to mentor a growing team of marketing professionals.

What You Will Do

  • Lead and execute user acquisition campaigns across all major mobile app growth ad networks (Self Attributing Networks, DSPs, Rewarded Video Networks, etc).
  • Develop and implement mobile growth marketing strategies aimed at scaling user acquisition while optimizing for return on ad spend (ROAS), cost-per-install (CPI), lifetime value (LTV), and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Leverage advanced data analysis techniques to track, measure, and analyze marketing campaign performance.
  • Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards to communicate campaign performance and insights to internal stakeholders.
  • Manage creative testing strategies to identify the most effective ads for different user segments.
  • Work closely with creative teams to design and execute A/B tests for different ad formats and creatives.
  • Act as primary point of contact for both internal teams (creative, analytics) and external stakeholders (ad networks, agencies).
  • Collaborate with the product team to align on user acquisition and retention goals, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior members of the growth marketing team, helping them develop their skills and expand their knowledge.

What You Will Bring

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in mobile gaming growth marketing, with a strong background in user acquisition and performance marketing across major ad networks
  • Data Skills: Proficient in data analysis and visualization, with experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, SQL, or similar platforms.
  • Creative Testing: Strong understanding of creative testing methodology, ad creatives, and how to optimize for different user personas and acquisition channels.
  • Ad Network Expertise: Hands-on experience with mobile growth ad networks and platforms, and a proven track record of scaling successful user acquisition campaigns.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights to drive campaign performance.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in mobile gaming, particularly in user acquisition and marketing for free-to-play (F2P) games.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools
  • Knowledge of app store optimization (ASO) and its integration with user acquisition is a bonus

Compensation Range: $100K-$125K per annum. Salary is determined by experience, skills, and capabilities.
