Your role, your impact

As a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Field Service Solution Architect, you will guide clients in achieving their business objectives by leveraging Microsoft Dynamics CRM along with a blend of advanced technologies, tools and programming methodologies. Your ability to quickly develop and maintain a high level of knowledge on CRM products and remain an expert on current product capabilities will be key to your success.

Your day-to-day

  • Work with clients to thoroughly define their business needs and develop functional specifications;
  • Develop solutions using best-of-breed software tools;
  • Demonstrate completed solutions to clients;
  • Document solutions comprehensively for clients and internal support teams;
  • Track time spent on client billing and manage scope changes with the client;
  • Generate revenue through billable work and help promote advanced services;
  • Meet departmental expectations for customer satisfaction and evaluation ratings;
  • Assist in creating demo and training recordings;
  • Act as a liaison between multiple technology groups and represent groups in large-scale meetings.

Keys to your success

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3 to 5 years of experience as a business consultant;
  • Extensive knowledge of the CE Field Service module, with experience leading at least 3 end-to-end implementations;
  • Strong initiative, customer-service orientation and commitment to ensuring timely and quality resolutions to client issues;
  • Effective presentation skills, capable of explaining information to various group sizes and levels of knowledge;
  • Well-organized, self-motivated team player with the ability to efficiently prioritize and plan work activities and develop realistic action plans.
