Responsibilities

Identifies and leads initiatives for operational efficiency, continuous improvement, and cross-functional support for relevant credentialing processes. Lean Six Sigma certification is required, with Green Belt or higher.

  • Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to complex data to develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness in credential verification operations.
  • Review and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for optimization and process improvement within credential verification operations to meet target metrics and mitigate risk.
  • Engage national credentialing teams holistically for continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders to analyze, cleanse, and validate complex data to support optimization initiatives.
  • Prepare reports and present findings to senior leadership.

Requirements

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in process improvement or consulting role, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management capacity.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification is required, with Green Belt or higher.
