About The Role

As a Project Manager, you will lead cross-functional software development initiatives across our desktop, API, web. You will manage timelines, priorities, and team coordination across time zones to ensure smooth delivery in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

This role is key to aligning business goals with technical execution. You will collaborate with product, engineering, and QA teams to drive feature delivery, mitigate risks, and continuously improve our project workflows. We’re seeking a versatile, impact-driven leader who thrives on ownership, clarity, and strategic execution.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience managing projects in IT, engineering, or consulting environments
• Proven track record of delivering multiple projects simultaneously on time and within scope
• Experience leading distributed teams across multiple time zones
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage shifting priorities
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, hybrid approaches)
• Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Asana, Trello)
• Ability to gather and document business and technical requirements
• Experience validating deliverables via QA, testing cycles, and stakeholder feedback
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate between technical and non-technical teams
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Technical background or experience in software development or process engineering
• Ability to identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements
• Familiarity with product development cycles in web, mobile, and API ecosystems
• Analytical mindset with the ability to extract insights from data and inform decisions
• Strong stakeholder management skills, especially in complex or ambiguous environments
• Experience creating mockups, process flows, or specifications for product delivery
• Self-starter attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
