Support strategic digital marketing, communications, and advertising plans.
Partner with the Senior Marketing Communications Manager to manage branded templates, visual identity guidelines, and the general capabilities presentation to ensure consistent messaging across the commercial organization.
Assist Event Managers with the planning and coordination of industry conferences, webinars, and internal events.
Support event logistics including promotional materials, registration tools, and on-site or virtual coordination needs.
Ensure CluePoints’ brand and identity are consistently represented across all campaigns and communication channels.
Support Business Development with content updates (PowerPoint, Word, Excel), distribution of marketing materials, and providing guidance aligned with campaign launches.
Support product marketing initiatives by assisting in the development and distribution of product-focused content, collateral, and messaging to drive awareness and engagement.
Execute basic content updates on the corporate website.
Collaborate with the marketing team and agency partners to develop promotional materials including PR, awards submissions, thought leadership, social content, and event collateral.
Coordinate campaign timelines and deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met across internal teams and agency partners. Provide promotional guidance and usage instructions to Business Development, and support marketing leadership with planning documentation, reporting, and performance tracking.
Monitor competitor websites and social media activity; share insights with the team.
Support internal marketing and communication initiatives.
