Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer support to French-speaking clients regarding issues related to the music streaming platform via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with questions about subscriptions, playback issues, and account management.
  • Effectively resolve customer complaints and inquiries to enhance user experience.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and follow up on unresolved issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams to troubleshoot complex issues and improve service delivery.
  • Stay updated on the latest features and trends in the music streaming industry to provide informed support.
  • Gather and relay customer feedback to contribute to service enhancements and new features development.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the tech or entertainment sector, is a plus.
  • A strong interest in music and familiarity with music streaming platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using customer support tools and standard office software.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
