Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support to French-speaking users of the ride-sharing app via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to account management, ride bookings, payments, and app features.
  • Effectively resolve issues and complaints to ensure a positive experience for users.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and maintain up-to-date records of inquiries.
  • Collaborate with technical and operations teams to address complex customer issues and provide solutions.
  • Educate users about app functionalities and best practices for using the ride-sharing service.
  • Gather customer feedback to help improve the app and service offerings.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in the technology or transportation sectors.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to a non-technical audience.
  • Proficient in using customer support software and standard office applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
