Responsibilities
  • Offer outstanding customer support to French-speaking clients regarding mobile banking services via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to account management, app functionalities, transactions, and security protocols.
  • Provide solutions to customer complaints and issues, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and follow up on outstanding inquiries and issues.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to address complex customer issues and improve service efficacy.
  • Educate customers on new features, updates, and best practices for using mobile banking services.
  • Gather customer feedback and insights to contribute to continuous service improvements.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, ideally in the banking or financial services sector.
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented approach.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in customer support software and standard office applications.
  • A proactive attitude towards assisting customers and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
