What you will do:

Work on production-grade Python applications, contributing to the development and maintenance of core product features.
Work closely with international clients on a large-scale product used across multiple markets, start and develop projects for startups and many more.
Develop a solid codebase covered with automated sets of tests.
Learn new skills and technologies as you go.
Collaborate closely with experienced engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders from around the world to build high-impact solutions.
Be involved in development, testing, release, triage, bug fix, documentation, and work in an Agile environment.
Participate in technical design and code reviews and provide feedback to other engineers on the team.
Deliver highly performing, low latency, robust code with high test case coverage, continuous integration and production monitoring.
Triage and debug production issues.
Potentially lead a team.
Be a business partner to clients, find the best technical solutions for their problem, plan and execute their implementation.
Be ready to take technical ownership of the project.
Mentor less experienced members of the team.

Experience and skills you need to join us:

Outstanding Python development experience, including planning, building and deploying real-world applications.
Knowledge of the best architecture patterns.
Familiarity with DevOps tools and cloud platforms.
Team-oriented approach and knowledge of the Agile process.
Ability to rapidly write efficient, testable code.
Ability to take full ownership of big chunks of work.
Fluency in English and Polish (you will attend meetings with English speaking clients).

It would be great if you also have:

Familiarity with automation work (CI/CD) and infrastructure management (e.g. AWS, GCP, Kubernetes).
Experience in utilizing the newest AI tools.
Experience with starting new projects (both greenfield and getting into codebases developed outside of the organization).
