Superlanet is seeking an Epic MyChart Analyst to support our healthcare client in Texas. This is a direct hire, primarily remote position, with occasional onsite travel required. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of patient engagement strategies and proven experience configuring Epic MyChart to enhance digital front door capabilities.
Responsibilities:
Configure, build, test, and maintain Epic MyChart modules to support seamless patient access and engagement.
Collaborate with clinical, IT, and operational teams to gather requirements and deliver user-centered solutions.
Implement and support MyChart features including scheduling, e-Visits, questionnaires, proxy access, and secure messaging.
Support digital health initiatives such as telehealth integration, mobile app customization, and personalized patient communication.
Participate in Epic upgrades, testing, and system go-lives to ensure smooth transitions and optimal performance.
Troubleshoot application issues, analyze root causes, and ensure effective resolution.
Create and maintain end-user documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications:
Active Epic Certification or Accreditation (or eligibility) in MyChart is required.
At least 4-5 years of experience supporting Epic MyChart applications, with a focus on patient access and digital health tools.
Strong understanding of HIPAA, patient privacy, and security compliance in patient-facing applications.
Proven success in implementing and optimizing MyChart within a large-scale healthcare organization.
