General Purpose

As a Marketing Specialist, you will assist in planning, executing, and optimizing media buying strategies across digital and traditional channels. You’ll work closely with the marketing team to analyze data, track campaign performance, and ensure our ad placements maximize ROI. You will also contribute to copywriting efforts for ads, blogs, and website content to enhance engagement and campaign effectiveness.

Essential Duties

  • Assist in media planning and buying across digital (social media, search, display, programmatic) and traditional (TV, radio, print, out-of-home) platforms.
  • Monitor, track, and optimize ad performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).
  • Assist in negotiating ad placements, rates, and contracts with media vendors and platforms.
  • Conduct research on target audiences, media trends, and competitor strategies to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to develop engaging ad creatives and messaging that align with campaign goals.
  • Manage and track media budgets, ensuring efficient spending and adjusting strategies based on performance insights.
  • Compile reports and analyze campaign data to provide actionable recommendations for future optimizations.
  • Develop blog posts, website content, and landing pages to support marketing campaigns and improve SEO.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in media buying, digital marketing, or a related role
  • Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and programmatic ad platforms is a plus.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create persuasive and engaging content.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign data to drive optimizations.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and content optimization best practices.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for budget tracking and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
