GeoDin, a strategic software initiative within Fugro’s Accelerate Business Build (ABB) program, is expanding its presence in North America. We are seeking a Sales & Business Development Manager to lead client acquisition efforts across the Public Sector, including Departments of Transportation (DOTs) and major Engineering Service Providers (ESPs). This role requires an experienced, well-connected professional who can accelerate lengthy procurement cycles and convert key accounts into adopting GeoDin within three months.
The ideal candidate is an industry veteran with deep relationships in DOTs and ESPs, who understands government procurement processes and can navigate large-scale engineering and infrastructure projects. This high-impact, strategic role requires strong sales acumen, technical expertise in geotechnical solutions, and a proven ability to drive high-value contracts. Relocation is not provided for this role.
Salary range: $120-$140k base salary per year.
