Fixed Term Contract, Remote based in Mexico

The Member Platform sits between our members, the people who trust us with their data, and YouGov's data sharing & collection tools. Is the place where members register, participate and get rewarded for sharing their data.

  • This is an excellent opportunity for someone with operational or B2C customer support experience looking to take their first step into the product and tech world. This is a hands-on delivery role, reporting to the Product Operations Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Operational support: Assist in implementing and maintaining workflows that improve the efficiency of product development and delivery processes.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Facilitate communication between Product, Engineering, Design, and other teams to align goals and remove roadblocks.
  • Tool Administration: Help manage internal tools like Jira, Confluence, and other productivity platforms, ensuring they are optimised for team use.
  • Issue Tracking: Monitor operational challenges and collaborate with the team to resolve bottlenecks or inefficiencies.
  • Feedback Coordination: Gather and organise feedback from stakeholders, contributing to process and product improvement initiatives.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance workflows and recommend solutions to increase efficiency and scalability.
  • Support Product Delivery: Provide assistance to ensure smooth product launches.
  • Fundamentally investigate and process / block flagged accounts manually. Set up and document a full fraud review process.

You will be reporting to the Product Operations Manager, and will be working closely with the product team of the Member Platform.
