Elicits and converts internal and external business needs and requirements into features with acceptance criteria for approved business cases.
Works with stakeholders to understand pain points, discuss enhancement requests, evangelize product capabilities and engage with various disciplines to ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborates with customers and client facing colleagues to obtain feedback to guide product roadmaps.
Defines, owns and executes on outcome based roadmaps, business models and go to market plans.
Manages product life cycle, in an Agile environment, from requirements prioritization and planning to tactical execution, release and delivery.
Leads problem solving discussions with multi-cross functional stakeholders like Software Development, Analytic Consulting, Data Management, Operations/Support to ensure broad applicability and acceptance of platform capabilities.
Understand current product’s current strengths, weaknesses and differentiators define a tooling vision and identify opportunities to apply modern technology (i.e. AI and cloud) and processes to solve data cleansing, transformation and quality improvements.
Conducts market research & monitors trends to inform innovation and to remain competitive.
Works with sales, architects, operations and support in GTM launch activities.
Supports the launch of new capabilities or deprecation of capabilities by ensuring internal staff is trained to support the product via enablement training, release notes and other documentation.
Works collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure functionality is delivered on time, within budget, within scope and with high quality.
A successful candidate will demonstrate the following:
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with and influence others, resolve conflict and act as a product manager working with one or more product owners/business analysts and architects.
Ability to ruthlessly prioritize & make trade off decisions for both internal and external requirements, taking into account technical debt, scalability and performance.
Experience in linking business workflows and problems into technical platform requirements (i.e. identify common services, rationalize redundancies) with an eye towards operational efficiencies.
Ability to manage and communicate platform component dependencies across teams and launch/communicate the overall end functionality to data managers and operational staff.
Demonstrated experience in applying and designing security policies and procedures to create compliant internal tooling that supports the overall platform.
Experience in servicing the data and analytics needs of the healthcare industry. Inclusive of having worked with data pipelines (e.g., ETL processes, real time data streaming, data modeling, data warehousing, cloud technologies and strong database knowledge).
Hard Technical Skills:
ETL processing understanding
Azure Cloud technologies
Data modeling and Data warehousing (i.e. Databricks and Oracle)
Real applicable knowledge of AI / ML in data management activities (data cleansing, matching and quality)
Strong Health Care experience in claims, eligibility, medical and other non-traditional data feeds.
Preferred Skills:
Pragmatic Marketing certification and SAFe PM/PO certification
Education and Certification Requirements:
Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience in data analytics or healthcare related field.
Travel:
Will vary based on the candidate’s location. In a normal environment, travel will be 25 - 30%.
