What will you do:

  • Agreeing risk appetite and tolerance statement with the Board.

  • Managing a universal risk register and risk assessment process.

  • Drafting and maintaining Risk Management Framework.

  • Compiling the Audit, Risk & Compliance (ARC) Committee’s terms of reference.

  • Reporting key risk indicators to the Board.

  • Updating and reviewing the Internal Capital Adequacy and Risk Assessment (“ICARA”) at least on an annual basis.

  • Updating and reviewing the Recovery Plan, Wind down Plan, Resolution Plan at least on an annual basis.

  • Testing 1st Line risk management tools.

  • Risk management training.

  • Responsible for certain regulatory reporting.

  • The production of risk management policies and procedures.

  • Risk identification and ensuring that effective risk mitigants are in place.

  • Attend ARC and manage the Internal Audit process with the Internal Auditor.
