What are we looking for?

SentinelOne is looking for a Staff Salesforce CPQ Business System Analyst to join our team as we expand and scale our Salesforce instance and surrounding business system footprint.  It is an exciting time at SentinelOne, a rapidly growing Cybersecurity company.  Our desired candidate has sharp skills and several years of experience as a Salesforce CPQ Business System Analyst.  

What will you do?

  • Partner with technology and business teams to identify business needs and problems, document requirements, and develop appropriate functional solutions/approaches.
  • Utilize domain knowledge of multiple business objects, such as CPQ (inclusive of Quotes, Orders, Contracts, Subscriptions), Advanced Approvals, Products and Pricing in support of business needs and delivering solutions for business scale
  • Create and update internal workflows, business processes, approval processes, lightning flows, and process builders
  • Create and maintain custom fields, validation rules, email alerts, record types, assignment rules, custom objects, page layouts, and sharing rules
  • Communicate with the business team and implement scalable solutions in Salesforce
  • Maintain interfaces between Salesforce and other Business Systems / Experience integrating Salesforce with 3rd party solutions such as DocuSign, Marketo, Conga, Zendesk, NetSuite, etc
  • Support and recommend changes for Profiles/Permission Sets creation and maintenance related to the Quote to Cash process   
  • Perform data updates and management as needed
  • Provide user assistance, training, adoption, and satisfaction around CPQ
  • Participate in Release Management, System Testing and Migration, and System maintenance as required

What skills & knowledge should you bring?

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (Required)
  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification (Desired)
  • Deep understanding of the Lead-To-Cash business process (Lead, Opportunity, Quote, Contract) and supporting technologies (Salesforce CPQ, Sales Cloud)
  • Knowledge of Salesforce API and other integrations
  • Experience with Apex Data loader, Developer Console, and Workbench
  • Level of education: BA/BS
  • 5-8+ years of experience supporting a Sales organization 
  • Highly motivated, independent, thorough, can identify problems with strong analysis skills, and develop solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with CPQ functionality including Product setup, Product Options, Product configuration & rules, Pricing, Discounting, and Quote templates in Salesforce CPQ.
  • Strong communication and change management skills.
  • Clear, concise technical writing skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong spoken and written communication skills to address issues and walk users through resolution.
  • Robust problem-solving skills and excellent troubleshooting skills.

This U.S. role has a base pay range that will vary based on the location of the candidate.  For some

locations, a different pay range may apply.  If so, this range will be provided to you during the recruiting

Base Salary Range
$128,800$150,000 USD
