Remote Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor – Full-Time Opportunity in California
Location: Lodi, California
We are looking to hire licensed professional counselors (LPCC) to provide therapy to our patients through our HIPAA-compliant telemedicine platform. In this role, you will provide high-quality care through various services, including individual, family, and group therapy, to support the mental health and well-being of our clients.

Job Type: Full Time
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 per year + benefits
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing consultation/education to community service clubs, organizations, human services agencies, hospitals, and various county departments
- Program development and staff in-services
- Performing administrative functions consistent with the needs of the program
- Participating in staff meetings as required
- Meet monthly productivity requirements and assigned goals
- Provide the best customer care possible, and the ability to be reliable working a flexible schedule as needed
- Identify and build upon the strengths of consumers, coworkers, and the communities we serve
- Support consumers' steps towards recovery and wellness
- Create an organizational culture that respects and celebrates the diversity of our consumers
Requirements
- Active, unrestricted LPCC license in California (required)
- Registered with a board-approved supervisor if not yet independent
- Prior experience with telehealth
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Reliable internet connection and private space to work remotely
