Job description

Remote Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor – Full-Time Opportunity in California

Location: Lodi, California

We are looking to hire licensed professional counselors (LPCC) to provide therapy to our patients through our HIPAA-compliant telemedicine platform. In this role, you will provide high-quality care through various services, including individual, family, and group therapy, to support the mental health and well-being of our clients.

We are looking for someone who utilizes a holistic approach to therapy (or is open to learning), shares similar values (Self-Empowerment, Holistic Approach, Purpose, Community, & Integrity), is dedicated to their own personal growth and wellness journey, and loves to help others thrive while working from the comfort of their own home.

Job Type: Full Time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 per year + benefits

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing consultation/education to community service clubs, organizations, human services agencies, hospitals, and various county departments
  • Program development and staff in-services
  • Performing administrative functions consistent with the needs of the program
  • Participating in staff meetings as required
  • Meet monthly productivity requirements and assigned goals
  • Provide the best customer care possible, and the ability to be reliable working a flexible schedule as needed
  • Identify and build upon the strengths of consumers, coworkers, and the communities we serve
  • Support consumers' steps towards recovery and wellness
  • Create an organizational culture that respects and celebrates the diversity of our consumers

Requirements

  • Active, unrestricted LPCC license in California (required)
  • Registered with a board-approved supervisor if not yet independent
  • Prior experience with telehealth
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Reliable internet connection and private space to work remotely
