Summary
BRG seeks a full-time, experienced Artificial Intelligence (AI) Analyst. This remote position will be involved in BRG AI deployments. The AI Analyst will report directly to the Manager of Expert IT Solutions. The candidate must be very flexible and highly committed to quality, customer service, teamwork, and supporting firm and department goals in a fast-paced environment.  The AI Analyst uses knowledge of machine learning and other analytical tools to enable Experts to utilize AI tooling to analyze data and improve business processes. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between AI capabilities and business needs, ensuring the secure and compliant integration of AI models into BRG’s operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of current AI technologies and architectures and will be adept at managing compliance and security aspects related to AI tool integration.
 
Primary Duties
  • Enable BRG Experts to utilize AI tooling in standard and non-standard/unique deployments.
  • Work closely with business teams, IT teams, corporate departments, and customers across BRG to understand their needs and provide secure, reliable, and effective AI solutions.
  • Manage multiple projects to ensure expert solution delivery by assessing business requirements, designing unique IT solutions, providing cost and performance estimates, and collaborating with internal IT staff, external support, and vendors. Maintain excellent customer relationships throughout the process.
  • Stay updated on the latest AI technologies, trends, and architecture. Provide insights, recommendations, and assist in designing new AI solutions, including proposed options and costs.
  • Ensure all AI models and tools comply with the firm's security policies and regulatory requirements. Develop and implement compliance frameworks and manage the integration of AI models into BRG's business needs.
  • Maintain comprehensive architecture documentation of integration processes, compliance measures, and other project details to educate others for maintenance and support.
  • Provide reports and analysis of AI utilization, optimization, value added, and manage contract negotiations, administration, cost, and utilization reporting.
  • Maintain a customer-centric approach, ensuring that AI solutions meet the needs and expectations of BRG's clients.
  • Assist in data engineering tasks, system administration, database administration, data transmissions, and general system maintenance. Automate and operationalize routine tasks and coordinate user acceptance testing of new or changing solutions.

  • Willingness to adapt and learn new skills with rapidly realigning needs of BRG technologies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with 3-5 years relevant business experience.
  • Demonstrated domain expertise implementing and maintaining AI platforms.
  • Strong understanding of compliance and security requirements related to AI.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in managing AI model integration within IT infrastructure.
  • Preferred Certifications
    • Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate
    • AWS Certified AI Practitioner

Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

    • AI/ML Core Skills:
      • Expertise in prompt engineering and optimization
      • Understanding AI Agents and Agentic workflows
      • Experience with leading AI models and APIs:
        • Microsoft Copilot
        • OpenAI (GPT-x, ChatGPT)
        • Anthropic Claude
        • Google Gemini
        • Azure and AWS AI Services
        • Strong understanding of RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation)
    • Proven, strong experience with machine learning and Modern AI frameworks
    • SQL and Python data manipulation skills
    • Experience with data chunking and processing strategies
    • Knowledge of efficient text splitting and embedding techniques
    • Experience with Microsoft Azure and AWS (Amazon Web Services).
    • Experience in managing AI model integration within an IT infrastructure.
    • Strategic understanding of PaaS, SaaS, and IaaS models
    • Familiarity with professional services or consulting environments.
    • Experience with AI compliance frameworks and regulatory standards.
    • Knowledge of data privacy laws and regulations.
    • Excellent technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills with commitment to accuracy.
    • Quick and able learner; can adjust to shifting priorities, projects, and roles.
    • Must be highly organized and able to handle a variety of duties, frequently with limited timeframes.
    • Effective oral and written communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and take initiative to solve problems.
