Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced InfoSec Specialist to join our team. The InfoSec Specialist will be responsible for implementing and maintaining information security policies and procedures, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information security, excellent communication skills, and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest security trends and technologies. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement information security policies, procedures, and standards in accordance with industry best practices and regulations. - Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability scans to identify potential security threats and recommend appropriate measures to mitigate them. - Monitor and analyze security logs and reports to identify and respond to security incidents in a timely manner. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the security of the company's systems, networks, and data. - Conduct security awareness training for employees to promote a culture of security within the organization. - Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends and technologies, and make recommendations for their implementation to enhance the company's security posture. - Participate in audits and compliance assessments to ensure adherence to relevant regulations and standards. - Maintain documentation of security policies, procedures, and incidents. - Assist in the development and maintenance of disaster recovery and business continuity plans. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - At least 3 years of experience in information security, preferably in a consulting or advisory role. - Strong knowledge of information security principles, standards, and best practices. - Experience with risk assessment methodologies and vulnerability management tools. - Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as ISO 27001, GDPR, and PCI-DSS. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and in a team environment. - Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are a plus.
