Min 2.5 years of previous experience in a real estate administrative or support role preferred Strong data entry and organizational skills Familiarity with CRM systems and online listing platforms (e.g., Domain, Realestate.com.au) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Core responsibilities:

Data Entry for Form 6: Accurately enter property and client details into required documentation and systems. CRM Management: Maintain and update the CRM system to ensure accurate tracking of leads, listings, and client communications. Listing Presentation Drafting & Admin: Prepare listing presentations with supporting documentation, images, and marketing details. Online Postings: Upload and manage property listings across digital platforms, ensuring descriptions and images are aligned with company standards and branding guidelines. Appointment Reminders: Send timely reminders and updates for internal and external appointments. Vendor Follow-Ups: Coordinate and follow up with vendors to ensure timely responses and smooth operations.
