Key Performance Objective #3: Improve observability and reliability of systems (20%)
  • Collaborate with product engineers to ensure applications are instrumented with metrics, logs, and traces.
  • Design proactive alerting and monitoring strategies that help developers identify and resolve issues quickly.
  • Support incident resolution with deep understanding of both code and infrastructure.
Key Performance Objective #4: Mentor and lead DevOps engineers and contract developers (15%)
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to DevOps engineers with a focus on developer enablement and productivity.
