Hours:                         40 hours per week

Salary Range:             $139,000 - $149,000 per year

Location:                     1055 LPL Way, Fort Mill, SC 29715

Telecommuting:          100% Telecommuting is permitted from anywhere in the U.S.

JOB DUTIES: Create and document Agile software requirements to develop high-performing software using Jira, Confluence, Miro, AHA, Visio, Lucid Chart, and Leankit. Conduct system research and create technical requirements covering a variety of strategic initiatives. Write user stories, create visual diagrams, and articulate requirements to a team of engineers. Collaborate with multiple stakeholders on the development of the product portfolio. Develop and maintain expert understanding of company products and capabilities, including how financial advisors can use company tools. Improve client usage and satisfaction through observation, data analysis, interviews, and prioritization of business and technical features.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field and three (3) years of experience in job offered or related occupation writing user stories and creating Agile software requirements to develop high-performing software within independent wealth

management industry.

Applicants must have demonstrated expertise with the following:

  • Working with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and diagram software (Visio) to write user stories, create visual diagrams, and articulate requirements to a team of engineers;

  • Creating Agile software requirements to develop high-performing software using Jira, Confluence, and Miro;

  • Developing and maintaining expert understanding of business systems to create software requirements for Agile scrum teams using Appway and Camunda BPMN;

  • Conducting system research and analysis; and

  • Creating requirements covering a variety of strategic initiatives using AHA, Leankit, and Lucid Chart.


 

Pay Range:

$139,000 - $149,000

 
Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
