Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with clients to gather and document business requirements
- Attend client calls to update them on project progress
- Communicate with the development team to ensure requirements are met
- Analyze business needs and identify solutions
- Develop and maintain project documentation
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in business analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of business analysis principles and methodologies
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Nice to Have:
- Experience with project management tools and software
- Knowledge of agile development methodologies
- Familiarity with business process improvement
