Order Entry Specialist

Job Type: Full-Time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time, with a 1-hour break

Salary: $900 per month

Job Overview: 

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Order Entry Specialist with expert-level Excel skills to support our daily operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical aptitude and demonstrated experience in order processing, data entry, and managing workflows across e-commerce platforms such as Shopify and Acumatica.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Convert emailed orders into well-formatted Excel sheets.
  • Process Shopify orders, including printing order details and shipping labels.
  • Import order data into Acumatica ERP.
  • Prepare and format product and order information for new selling platforms using Excel.
  • Maintain clean and up-to-date spreadsheets for product listings and inventory tracking.
  • Ensure timely and accurate data entry across systems.
  • Handle light technical troubleshooting to maintain smooth workflows.

Qualifications:

  • Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data structuring.
  • Experience with Shopify, including order processing and label printing.
  • Familiarity with Acumatica or other ERP systems is a plus.
  • Comfortable handling e-commerce workflows and product data uploads to platforms like Amazon or Walmart.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Technically inclined and able to troubleshoot basic system issues.
  • Previous experience in product-based businesses, particularly in home goods, is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks remotely.
