Due to the expansion of our department, we are looking for HR People Partner

As an HR Partner, you will play a crucial role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives. Your primary focus will be on fostering a positive work environment, enhancing employee engagement, and driving organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities for the Probation Period:

  • Ensure a smooth adaptation process for new employees, ensuring that they feel valued and supported from day one.

  • Collaborate with the CEO to restructure the employee onboarding process, improve document flow, and establish a KPI-driven system for performance reviews.

Important:

  • Relevant work experience - MUST

  • Practical work experience from 3 years

  • Ability to build HR processes from “0”

  • English minimum upper intermediate +

  • Location–Europe

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with business leaders to understand their needs and provide strategic HR guidance.

  • Develop and implement HR initiatives that align with the company’s goals and values.

  • Advise on employee relations, performance management, and talent development strategies.

  • Conduct regular assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.

  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.

  • Create presentations and other communication materials to inform employees about key updates and initiatives.

  • Monitor and manage employee turnover, aiming to reduce turnover rates through effective strategies.

  • Ensure the availability and effectiveness of adaptation programs for new employees.

  • Maintain up-to-date regulatory documentation for all areas of responsibility (e.g., job descriptions, financial motivation models).

  • Ensure the timely and quality management of personnel.

  • Ensure that individual development plans are available for all employees and are regularly reviewed and updated.
