Job description

The Gaming Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the operational functions of the gaming department, with a primary focus on ensuring the seamless execution of day-to-day activities. This includes the coordination of game releases, management of promotions, maintenance of the gaming product, and player support—without the need for deep technical expertise. The coordinator ensures that established processes are followed and executed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversees and manages the release of new games, ensuring timely addition to the game lobby.
  • Assists with the organization and sorting of games in the lobby to enhance player accessibility.
  • Coordinates and implements banner requests, ensuring appropriate placement across all relevant platforms.
  • Activates and manages promotional campaigns, ensuring smooth execution.
  • Acts as the first point of escalation for gaming support-related queries and issues.
  • Reports and tracks technical product issues, liaising with internal technical teams and external partners to resolve them.
  • Conducts proactive product testing to identify potential issues or areas for improvement.
  • Supports various ad hoc tasks to maintain smooth operations within the gaming department.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluency in English; Russian language skills are considered an asset.
  • Experience working with CIS markets is a strong advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of the casino and sports betting industry, with a minimum of two years' experience in online gaming.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
