Summary

Gainwell is seeking a talented individual to work under the general supervision of the Workforce Planning & Management function within HR. You play a critical role in ensuring Workforce Planning and Management processes, principles and tools optimize efficiency, effectiveness and quality.  You play a critical role in ensuring adoption of Workforce Planning and Management processes, principles and tools by the business, while driving a culture of continuous improvement.

 

 

Your role in our mission

  • Training and coaching key stakeholders on standard Workforce Planning & Management processes, principles and tools.  Provide regular updates to end users and key stakeholders of updates and enhancements to process and tools.
  • Creating & maintaining process workflow trainings, job aids, FAQs; ensure WFPM SP Site is updated with latest documentation.
  • Producing standard Workforce Planning & Management data & analytics, providing visibility across the enterprise of key Workforce Planning & Management metrics and KPIs
  • Gather regular feedback from key stakeholders and end users to influence roadmap of future process and tool enhancements and innovations.
  • Influence continuous improvement via collaboration with Enterprise Applications on design, build and UAT of enhancements and fixes to Workforce Planning & Management tools and methodologies.
  • Incident and enhancement management for Workforce Planning & Management processes and tools.
  • Data quality verifications to ensure data alignment between systems.  Identify and rectify data discrepancies and misalignments between systems, manage process to get data aligned.
  • As the tools and processes managed by the Workforce Planning & Management function continually evolve, responsibilities in the job description may evolve as well.

 

 

What we’re looking for

•     Expert knowledge in Workforce Planning & Management processes and tools (LDSM, CPM, MRS, SuccessFactors, Anaplan)

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience

•     Five (5) years or more of applicable WF planning & Management experience

•     Experience compiling, analyzing, and interpreting data to draw meaningful conclusions, including analysis for impact

•     Ability to facilitate effective training and related resources

  • Strong stakeholder management skills

 

 

What you should expect in this role

  • Fully remote only from within continental USA
  • This is a full-time permanent regular salaried (W-2) employee position.
    • Monday through Friday work schedule (40 hours per week).

  • For all hybrid and remote positions employees' Broadband Internet connections, should have a minimum speed of 24MBS download and 8 MBS upload.  Greater speeds will of course provide better performance.
  • Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation if hired.

The pay range for this position is $64,500.00 - $92,200.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
