The Role

The Senior Director of Product Adoption is a key leader and critical role within the new Go To Market (GTM) and Product Adoption organization, reporting directly to the VP of GTM & Product Adoption. This role will lead the Lumen customer product adoption motions and including planning, launching and scaling Lumen’s Migration Factory. The leader will manage a small but mighty team overseeing the operational aspects to support bringing migration solutions, services and new adoption programs to market. This role includes managing processes, systems, and teams to ensure efficient execution across the GTM function. The Senior Director of Product Adoption will ensure that all programs are executed efficiently, effectively, and in alignment with Lumen’s strategic objectives.

This position has been designated as fully remote in the U.S.

The Main Responsibilities
  • Confidence in building a new program operations function from the ground-up in partnership with leadership.  
  • Serve as a liaison between Product, Sales and Marketing teams to ensure alignment across the GTM and customer migration process. 
  • Analyzing existing operations to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, then designing and implementing process improvements to streamline workflows and increase productivity.  
  • Partner with leadership and cross-functional partners to help design, shape, launch, and manage goals and annual roadmaps. 
  • Interface with leadership acts as a sounding board for improvements. 
  • Tactically prioritize and orchestrate stakeholder’s programs. 
  • Assess company-wide GTM launches and recommend improvements. 
  • Provide thought leadership in coaching team members to build repeatable, scalable assets in BoMs. 
  • Producing accurate and timely reporting of GTM, program status throughout its life cycle. 
  • Analyzing program risks. 
  • Lead complex data gathering, analyzing and interpreting to create actions driving desired business results. 
  • Serve as a critical link to accelerate GTM motions across Product, Sales & Marketing.  
What We Look For in a Candidate
  • Minimum: 8+ years of director level (or above) leadership experience
  • Expert level leader in sales operations, business operations, or marketing operations within a complex GTM environment. 
  • The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of commercial strategy, enterprise product management, product marketing, and sales enablement.
  • Possess strong leadership skills and exhibits managerial courage.
  • Proven ability to present information to various levels in organizations.
  • Understanding of project management, how to effective coach team members in improving PM skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to successfully interact at all levels of the organization, and in a highly-matrixed and cross-functional capacity
  • Professional presence to communicate and present with B2B executive customers as well as internal EVPs, C-suite
  • Strong attention to detail and superior organizational skill
Compensation

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.

$171,447 - $228,596 in these states: AL  AR  AZ  FL  GA  IA  ID  IN  KS  KY  LA  ME  MO  MS  MT  ND  NE  NM  OH  OK  PA  SC  SD  TN  UT  VT  WI  WV  WY  
$180,020 - $240,026 in these states: CO  HI  MI  MN  NC  NH  NV  OR  RI  
$188,592 - $251,456 in these states: AK  CA  CT  DC  DE  IL  MA  MD  NJ  NY  TX  VA  WA
