• Design IT solutions that drive business change while ensuring sustainability.
  
• Provide top-level IT architecture consultancy services to clients, assisting in the creation and implementation of solutions.
  
• Collaborate in the development of bids and presentations to potential clients.
  
• Contribute to the creation of innovative digital solutions and implementation of enterprise-scale systems.
  
• Optimize processes and workflows, particularly focusing on ITSM, ITOM, ITBM modules, and other areas of ServiceNow.
  
• Ensure compliance with best practices and ITIL standards, managing the application lifecycle on the ServiceNow platform.
  
• Mentor and support technical teams and key stakeholders in ServiceNow best practices.
  
• Contribute to industry events and create specialist points of view for the market.
  

• At least 5 years of experience in ServiceNow implementations, with experience as an Architect or Design Authority.
  
• Expertise in designing and implementing IT solutions, particularly in ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM areas.
  
• Knowledge of project management methodologies, including SAFE, Scrum, and Waterfall.
  
• Experience working with clients and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  
• Ability to create and present technology solutions to clients.
  
• Familiarity with ITIL best practices and application lifecycle management.
