Job Details

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Leading the development and execution of data-driven strategies to enhance organizational decision-making and drive business growth.

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive data and analytics strategy aligned with Innomar’s goals.

  • Coordinate a dynamic portfolio of projects, leveraging data and analytics to deliver transformative business outcomes.

  • Leverage predictive analytics to forecast trends, customer behavior, and business outcomes, enabling proactive decision-making and transformational planning.

  • Establish collaborative partnerships across departments to identify and prioritize transformative analytics opportunities, developing visionary data strategies that shape strategic business directions.

  • Partner with various departments to uncover and prioritize analytics opportunities, crafting data strategies that guide informed business decisions.

  • Design and enhance metrics and dashboards that yield insights into performance and empower data-driven approaches that are specific to the transformational projects.

  • Stay at the forefront of analytic innovations, methodologies, and practices to ensure the organization's competitive standing.

  • Lead initiatives aimed at enhancing data quality, accuracy, privacy, and security.

Experience and Educational Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in business analytics and business intelligence 

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in data analytics, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

  • Proven track record of developing and implementing data-driven strategies that drive business impact.

  • Strong expertise in data governance, data management, and advanced analytics.

  • Exceptional leadership and people management abilities, with a focus on fostering a collaborative and results-driven team culture.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of conveying complex data and insights to various teams, including executive leadership.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum Skills, Knowledge and Ability Requirements:

  • Strong customer service orientation

  • Clear understanding of budgeting process

  • A proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

  • Strong project coordination skills, including the ability to coordinate multiple projects of various diverse scope

  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing

  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of business principles, processes, and technology

  • Good analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills to evaluate business problems and apply knowledge to identify appropriate solutions

  • Solid teamwork and interpersonal skills
